Agriculture is playing a big part in the push towards the global energy transition, with digital developments, innovation, enhanced engineering and much more, in this episode we talk through some of the most exciting changes within the industry which will support decarbonisation and the energy transition in the coming years, plus challenges the industry is facing.

Throughout the episode we also discuss sustainability and the efforts being made across the agriculture industry to create more sustainable solutions within agriculture and crop nutrition, highlighting what businesses are doing to commit to reducing emissions and creating a more sustainable future.

The agriculture industry has such a significant purpose – feeding the world. While there are talent attraction challenges globally, the industry is committed to attracting talent who are aligned to that mission and can connect to the purpose of feeding the world. It has always been about purpose, but I think these days it's more than ever about the purpose of what you do, the company and the industry. And I think very few industries have a purpose that is as noble as agriculture in terms of feeding the world, feeding the people. And now even more than before, there's a big role to be played on doing that in a sustainable way. So if you link those two pieces, sustainability, you know, the criticality of the industry, I think we have the story that the purpose is there. And I think that alone should help bring the people to keep the progress going
