Tom is a senior recruiter at CSG Talent who works within the Data Centre Energy & Power team, specifically working with clients to support their talent attraction and hiring strategy. He is passionate about the industry and has built a solid network of clients and candidates within this field.
Tom works with a whole host of companies from large multi-nationals to start ups, recruiting roles focused on the design and delivery of energy & Data Centre assets such as:

Prior to joining CSG Talent, Tom achieved a BA in History and a PGCE in Education, and he gained experience working in education, followed by a role in contract recruitment where he predominantly recruited Project and Process Engineers into Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries. In his previous role, Tom placed a whole project team who manufactured ingredients for the Novavax COVID 19 vaccine for a large multinational company based in Teesside during the height of the pandemic.
