it’s very rare to see someone in recruitment stay with the same company for over 5 years, let alone over 8 years. As I look around some of my peers at CSG – I see many people that were a part of the company when I first started. Working at CSG as a mother of two really allows me to have full flexibility and remote working hours that I need to balance my family lifestyle and my career with CSG.
It’s refreshing for support functions to be included and recognised within company incentives and sales targets, this isn’t always the case in recruitment. For me, the best part of working for CSG is the culture. We have a very supportive and collaborative culture, and everyone is encouraged to bring new ideas and suggestions to the table. We have complete autonomy and flexibility to work from home, flexi hours, extended lunches for exercising etc. We are not micromanaged, and we don't have KPI's (something I had never seen in recruitment before!). We also have a leadership team that genuinely care for their employees and go above and beyond for us.
