Ty began his recruitment career in the aerospace sector, spending three years working closely with advanced engineering teams before making a natural transition into defence technology.
Today, his work covers both permanent and contract recruitment. On the permanent side, Ty partners primarily with start-ups to help them build the leadership and technical teams that influence strategy. On the contract side, he supports larger defence and advanced technology organisations on critical project-based needs, identifying high-impact contract talent capable of delivering agility and pace.
