Qas is a specialist Senior Consultant within CSG Talent’s Life Sciences division, focusing on early-stage R&D in the Biotech sector.
He partners with small-to medium-sized biotechnology companies across the US and Europe that are developing novel therapeutics, supporting them through critical stages of discovery, pre-clinical, and translational research. Qas has extensive experience in building out complete R&D teams, from Scientists through to C-suite leaders, helping organisations secure the talent they need to drive innovation and growth.
Before joining CSG Talent, Qas built a diverse background across science, technology, and recruitment. After completing a master’s degree in Stem Cells, Skin Sciences, and Regenerative Medicine, he began his career as a Lab Technician before training as a Biomedical Scientist. He later transitioned into tech sales with a startup, where he developed a strong commercial acumen that now complements his consultative approach to recruitment.
With a deep understanding of both the scientific and human elements of the Biotech industry, Qas is passionate about connecting visionary organisations with world-class talent to accelerate scientific discovery and improve patient outcomes.
