Payton is a specialist consultant at CSG Talent, focusing on the construction industry across the United States. After starting his recruitment career in manufacturing, Payton transitioned into the construction sector and quickly developed a strong passion for the industry. He now partners with medium-to-large general contractors operating across Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, Tenant Improvement (TI), Multi-Family, Mission Critical, Office, Hospitality, and Industrial construction projects.
Payton recruits for a wide range of roles, from Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to Project Managers, Project Executives, Superintendents, and Estimators at all levels.
Before joining CSG Talent, Payton worked with a recruitment firm specialising in construction, particularly within general contracting and electrical contracting, where he built a deep understanding of project delivery and the critical leadership roles that drive success in this space.
