Oliver is a specialist recruitment consultant within the Aerospace and Defence sector, with a particular focus on future mobility, disruptive aerospace, and cutting-edge technology.
He began his recruitment career as a generalist in engineering but quickly gravitated towards aerospace and defence due to his passion for aircraft sustainability and advanced technology. Over the past decade, Oliver has built extensive expertise in the sector, supporting companies ranging from early-stage start-ups seeking investment to multinational corporations.
Oliver recruits across all technical areas of engineering, including software, programmes, testing, airworthiness and certification, supply chain, procurement, quality, and sales functions. His approach focuses on understanding both the company and the individual, ensuring he places the right people in the right aerospace and defence roles to drive growth and innovation.
Prior to joining CSG Talent, Oliver was Lead Consultant at a business he co-founded, where he covered the same aerospace and defence technology market. His entrepreneurial experience gives him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing high-growth organisations in this space.
