Joni is an experienced Talent Development and Onboarding Partner with over a decade of experience designing and delivering impactful training programmes that help teams grow and perform at their best.
Her career in L&D began unexpectedly while working in contact centres, where she discovered a passion for helping people learn, improve, and reach their potential. Since then, Joni has built a reputation for creating practical, engaging, and scalable learning initiatives that make a real difference in fast-paced environments.
Joni leads on developing and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring every consultant and support team member has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. She designs and delivers tailored training programmes that cover everything from recruitment best practices to systems training and performance development.
Working closely with managers and teams across the business, Joni focuses on driving continuous learning, improving efficiency, and supporting professional growth at every level.
