Freya specialises in recruitment across Next Generation Technology and Electrical Engineering within the US market, partnering with small to medium-sized organisations, from established businesses to fast-growth start-ups. She works closely with companies operating in highly innovative environments, including aerospace, automotive, electric vehicles, and advanced engineering.
Her recruitment expertise spans a range of technically complex roles, including Electrical Engineers, EWIS Engineers, Electrical Systems Engineers, and Electro-Mechanical Engineers. Freya supports organisations in securing high-performing engineering talent that can contribute to product development, compliance, and long-term innovation.
Prior to joining CSG Talent, she achieved First Class Honours in BSc Psychology from Durham University before being awarded an Academic Achievement Scholarship to study MSc Marketing at Durham University Business School. During the final stages of her dissertation, she also worked as a Junior Insight Analyst at a London-based marketing agency. This background has shaped her understanding of decision-making, stakeholder behaviour, and strategic influence, which are key strengths within executive recruitment.
