Binika is the Global Performance Director at CSG Talent, responsible for driving sales performance, productivity, and talent development across the business on a global scale. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Binika works closely with leadership teams across the organisation to enhance performance, implement consistent standards, and build a high-performing, growth-focused culture.
Her role spans the leadership and development of the Learning & Development function, improving sales metrics through data-driven insights, and identifying opportunities to strengthen skills and confidence across the business. She also plays a key role in increasing retention and engagement, supporting individuals in progressing their careers while ensuring the business continues to deliver strong, sustainable results.
Binika is focused on enabling consultants to reach productivity faster by refining onboarding and reducing time to place, as well as driving the adoption of recruitment technology to enhance sales and operational efficiency. Having worked extensively across the US market, she brings a strong understanding of high-performance recruitment environments and thrives in organisations that maximise individual potential and recognise the impact people have on business success.
