Bianca is a Business Manager within the Engineering & Construction division of our business, based in Adelaide and leads a team of recruiters, resources and marketing executives. Bianca and the team manage the recruitment of executive and senior-level professionals across:

•             Building and Architectural Products

•             Commercial Construction

•             Residential Construction

The team recruit in the APAC region, recruiting for multifunctional roles from Sales, Projects, Operations, Engineering, Procurement and more. Bianca’s remit is focused mainly on business types which provide interior and exterior building products, including materials for flooring, furniture, ceilings, insulation etc and mainly recruits professionals in the architectural specification, sales, business development and senior management and board level, and roles she has recruited for include; directors, architectural representatives, state managers, area sales managers and key account managers. As well as managing recruitment in this sector, Bianca is also integral to the training and development of junior consultants, using her expert sector knowledge to support new consultants working in this field. 

Bianca has been recruiting within the Building & Construction industry since 2013, and has built her career on forming trusted relationships with clients and candidates, which is proven by the large number of repeat business and referrals she receives. Her sector knowledge is second to none, and alongside her meticulous working methodology, Bianca is considered an expert in her market, working in partnership with her clients and candidates to deliver the right talent solutions.

After working for CSG in Leeds, Bianca joined the Australian team in 2017 and set up the wider Building and Construction division, using her extensive knowledge of industry roles to deliver strong results in her first full year in Australia. Her team has now doubled in size and is likely to continue growing.

This allows Bianca to use her extensive market knowledge and networks to provide clients with comprehensive bespoke projects which provide greater insight into the talent landscape.

Bianca is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion, especially on the topic of gender equality, within the recruitment industry and the building and construction sector – both of which are quite male dominated. As a woman in a senior position in the company, Bianca is active in a number of women’s industry networks and at events in Australia, which champion more women in leadership roles.
