Internal Business Development Manager - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Yellow Metals, Plastics and Value-Added Services)

Based: South East

Area Covered: South East

Salary: £30,000-£35,000, Bonus, Pension

Due to expansion and growth within the company, an exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for an Internal Business Development Manager - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Yellow Metals, Plastics and Value-Added Services) in the South East.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling High Value Metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Yellow Metals), Plastics or Value-Added Services, alternatively you will have experience of selling Commercial Metals or something Metals/Engineering related, or you may have experience of selling into Precision Engineers, the Signage industry, the Marine sector, the Construction industry or into Oil and Gas clients across the South East.

As an Internal Business Development Manager - High Value Metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Yellow Metals, Plastics and Value-Added Services), you will be measured on the new accounts you develop plus also you will be handed a small number of accounts to get you started in the company and you will also then be judged on how you grow and develop those also not to mention the gross profit you make in general.

The company's primary objective is to add value to their clients and they have high quality products with a very good value-added service offering plus they offer next day delivery service. Also, based on the site that they operate from, they have huge capacity for growth which is also very modern plus they have a real team ethos and culture.

This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for career progression into more senior positions throughout the company for the successful applicant so you will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual.

You will possess a proven track record of selling High Value Metals (Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Yellow Metals), Plastics or Value-Added Services, failing that, you must have experience of selling Commercial Metals or something Metals/Engineering related or you will have experience of selling into Precision Engineers, the Signage industry, the Marine sector, the Construction industry or into Oil and Gas clients.
