The Recruiting Process
To begin the process, CSG's consultant carried out a detailed market map, and a thorough research of the location he was recruiting into.
Our consultant then conducted an in depth, direct head hunt search through CSG's vast network of candidates. CSG conducted expansive networking through our database, taking leads from personal recommendations, candidate references and our own research of the field.
We then carried out numerous internal interviews, both face to face and via telephone overseas, selecting candidates based on experience, recommendations, motivations and culture fit. Throughout the whole process CSG maintained regular contact with Yusen.
