Role Duties
- Deliver WHS support, coaching and guidance across site operations
- Develop and deliver training packages, inductions and competency programs
- Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification and control implementation
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action close-out
- Support emergency response planning, training and drills
- Maintain WHS documentation, systems, records and reporting
- Communicate safety performance through toolbox talks and routine meetings
Your Experience
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in mining or heavy industry
- Cert IV in WHS + Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of WHS legislation, standards and site-based procedures
- Ability to identify risks and implement practical, effective controls
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment
