Role Duties

  • Deliver WHS support, coaching and guidance across site operations
  • Develop and deliver training packages, inductions and competency programs
  • Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification and control implementation
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective action close-out
  • Support emergency response planning, training and drills
  • Maintain WHS documentation, systems, records and reporting
  • Communicate safety performance through toolbox talks and routine meetings


Your Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in mining or heavy industry
  • Cert IV in WHS + Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Understanding of WHS legislation, standards and site-based procedures
  • Ability to identify risks and implement practical, effective controls
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, operational environment
