VP of Technology - Automation & Intralogistics

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the firm's vision for automation and intralogistics investments.

Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies, automation solutions, and intralogistics trends. Lead the implementation of groundbreaking technologies across their portfolio.

Collaborate with portfolio companies to optimise and enhance their automation capabilities. Provide guidance on technology investments to drive operational excellence.

Work closely with private equity partners, executives, and portfolio company leadership to understand business objectives and align technology initiatives with overall investment goals.

Lead and inspire a talented team of technology professionals across their portfolio companies. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving technological excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VP or in a senior technology leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of automation, robotics, AI, and intralogistics technologies.
• Track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking and visionary leadership skills.
• Experience working with private equity firms or in industries
