Key Deliverables & Responsibilities for the Product Manager-Tractors:

• Perform market analysis for the current and upcoming products.
• Perform STP and SWOT analysis on each Tractor offering.
• Work closely with sales and marketing, provide research and analysis of competitor products, market, and customer trends comparative to company offerings.
• Develop long-term strategy for product lines.

Experience required for the Operational Excellence Manager:

• BA of science degree in engineering or related field.
• 5yrs of product management or related experience specific to tractors.
• Strong skills while carrying out research and analysis.
• Ability to coordinate and manage large projects.
