Superintendent - Commercial

Seeking Commercial Superintendent in the Portland, Oregon area!

CSG Talent are currently partnering with a large commercial construction entity working on large projects in the Portlant area. They are looking for some skilled Superintendents to help support their plans for construction up to 100M.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Leading and managing construction crews and subcontractors.
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolving issues and problems that arise during construction.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contruction
• Experience working with projects up to 100million
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in construction software and technology.
• A strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
