Role Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will lead environmental projects from start to finish, manage client relationships, and support business development. This is a leadership position with significant responsibility and visibility, ideal for a PG or PE ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental projects, ensuring technical quality, budget, and schedule are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to growth of the environmental service line.
• Mentor junior staff and help build a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Professional License: PG or PE
• Proven experience managing environmental projects and client interactions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
