We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager/Environmental Leader to join a highly collaborative and forward-thinking team across Pennsylvania or New Jersey. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse environmental projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make meaningful contributions to environmental site investigation and remediation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex analyses for environmental and engineering projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing project scopes through business development efforts.
- Oversee, mentor, and manage junior staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Supervise field investigations and laboratory analyses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, progress updates, and client communications.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate across disciplines and offices to deliver integrated solutions.
- Interface professionally with clients, contractors, regulators, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience with environmental investigations and remediation projects.
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
- Strong knowledge of EPA, CERCLA, and RCRA regulations.
- Proficiency in quantitative analyses and related software tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical acumen, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client and site visits.
