The Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst plays a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to the Financial Systems Manager. This position involves collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external Dynamics 365 Functional and Technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and propose solutions for process enhancements. The Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst is instrumental in designing and configuring solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dynamics 365 Implementations: Support the Financial Systems Manager in overseeing full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for clients.

  2. System Management: Take ownership of system strategy, major updates, and ongoing maintenance of core business systems, serving as the primary point of contact for system scalability.

  3. Documentation and Training: Develop and update comprehensive Dynamics guides covering various modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, TAS, PA, Procurement) and conduct training sessions for users as required.

  4. Business Analysis: Demonstrate the capabilities of Dynamics solutions, providing concrete examples to understand business requirements. Offer insights and propose solutions for complex business cases.

  5. Solution Design and Configuration: Contribute key inputs during solution design, configure Dynamics solutions, facilitate data migration from external systems, and provide support during solution testing phases.

  6. Reporting and Optimization: Analyze findings to identify strategic and operational improvements. Maintain and enhance financial reports within Dynamics to support decision-making processes.


  1. Experience: Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is essential.

  2. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, coupled with 5-8 years of experience as a financial or business analyst.

  3. Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, workflow management, and customization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary, along with experience in Project Management applications like DevOps and Smartsheet.

  4. Functional and Technical Skills: Demonstrated abilities and a track record of success as both a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations functional and technical analyst are highly desirable.

This role demands a combination of technical acumen, business analysis skills, and project management capabilities to effectively support Dynamics 365 implementations and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
