Essential Duties

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements for senior management.
  • Develops and executes Sales Department marketing plan and monitor monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
  • Establishes training/learning paths for all sales personnel. Determine training programs to participate in based on training budget established in collaboration with Vice President of Sales.
  • Comply with company policies and applicable governmental regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • General knowledge of heavy equipment
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Heavy Equipment dealer or manufacturer
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Team skills


Frequent regional travel may be necessary.
