We're seeking a Head of Sales to lead, build, and scale our residential sales team across both retail and insurance segments. This is a senior leadership role for a proven closer and coach with the operational savvy to drive growth and accountability.
What You'll Do
● Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing residential sales team.
● Oversee both retail and insurance pipelines, ensuring full-cycle excellence from lead to close.
● Set KPIs, track performance, and coach reps to success through data and discipline.
● Collaborate with leadership on pricing, marketing, and expansion initiatives.
● Own weekly reporting and forecasting across all sales activities.
