Our client is a leading, International Construction Equipment OEM based Mid-West, USA.

Due to continued expansion the organisation is now looking to identify a driven, competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join their MEWP Division.

In this role, you will be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline across a Dealership/Distribution network throughout the Mid-West.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory. (MID-WEST)
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base across construction equipment rental dealerships.
  • Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong track record of sales accomplishments within rental construction equipment
  • Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.


  • 5 + years of sales experience in the construction/ capital equipment markets and will ideally have direct AWP experience and rental expertise.
  • The ability and ambition to cover the Mid West region of the USA.
