CSG Talent Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Consumer Goods division. A incredible existing time to join the team, as they are go through a huge amount of growth and development!

As Recruitment Consultant, your day to day responsibilities will involve but wont be limited to:

• Connecting and proactively sourcing the best talent on the market
• Offering a consultative service to your clients through the full recruitment process
• Recognising and following up on new opportunities/leads within the your market
• Updating records on the internal CRM system
• Build and maintain both candidate and client relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have a proven track record within a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
• Will be a confident communicator with both clients and candidates.
• Be commercially aware .
• A collaborative worker who is there to support the wider team.
• Have a passion for building and maintaining longstanding relationships through Account Management and Business Development
• An ambitious professional who is self-motivated and eager to maximise their potential within their Recruitment Career.
