Responsibilities for the Process Engineer:

• Responsible for designing agricultural, aggregate, and mineral processing systems to acceptable engineering standards.
• Initiate product improvement to meet changing market needs.
• Conduct market research to determine customer needs.
• Train and present processing systems information to customers and others as needed.
• Conduct pilot tests on site.
• Work with lab-scale equipment.

Experience required for the Process Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Processing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the materials processing industry preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Computer literate including MS Office applications.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience.
