Principal Process Engineer

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to step into a Principal role with a international engineering group delivering mineral processing projects across North America.

You'll lead process design and feasibility work for gold, copper, and battery minerals projects - providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and driving innovation and excellence across all stages of project delivery.

With an expanding presence across Canada and the U.S., this team is known for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and commitment to innovation in the mining and minerals sector. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping process engineering strategies and delivering high-value projects in gold, copper, lithium, and other commodities.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee process design, feasibility studies, and optimization.
• Provide expert input in metallurgy, operations, and commissioning.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Ensure safety, quality, and project performance standards are met.

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years' experience in process engineering or operations within mining.
• Strong background in gold and copper; lithium/cobalt a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Committed to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes.
