The business are looking to attract a President who will have full responsibility for a team of 150+ service techs, as well as a strong installation team. This role represents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join the organization with a view to becoming COO / CEO of the business.
As the Division President for Mechanical/HVAC you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company, encompassing broad responsibilities across multiple functional areas.
Responsible for financial performance of multiple operating companies with revenues of $75M. The strategic direction has them growing this division organically and through aggressive sourcing of new acquisitions.
Additional responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and driving efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the mechanical services industry.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving operational excellence
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
