President - HVAC & Mechanical Services

Location : California or Texas

Salary: c$300,000 + Benefits + Equity

CSG are delighted to be retained by a leading PE backed Mechanical Services business that specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for the HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing needs of a diverse range of industries.

The business are looking to attract a President who will have full responsibility for a team of 150+ service techs, as well as a strong installation team. This role represents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join the organization with a view to becoming COO / CEO of the business.

Role Overview:

As the Division President for Mechanical/HVAC you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company, encompassing broad responsibilities across multiple functional areas.

Responsible for financial performance of multiple operating companies with revenues of $75M. The strategic direction has them growing this division organically and through aggressive sourcing of new acquisitions.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, and driving efficiency and profitability.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the mechanical services industry.
• Strong business acumen and a track record of driving operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.
