What they do is very specialist and very project based plus they use a lot of modern methods for how they push the brand and business to the wider world.

The business primarily sells into the construction industry, the rail sector, the automotive market, the retail and consumer sectors and they also do some work in the defence sector so experience of selling to the sectors would be good but not essential. You will have strong Operations or Production Management experience in Aluminium Extrusions, CNC Machining or Machining, General Aluminium products or you will come from a General Metals or Machining background.

The key selling points of the role are the company are they are very focused on investing in and developing their people.
