Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Mitsubishi / Daikin VRV(F) Expertise: good knowledge of Mitsubishi and Daikin VRV(F) systems and their applications.
• Strong H&S Knowledge: Understanding of Health and Safety regulations in construction and HVAC.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management, planning, and execution.
• Experience: with large commercial VRF projects, ideally hotels and offices.
• Air Conditioning Installation Background: Previous air conditioning installation experience, especially with VRF systems.

Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Oversight: Supervising daily project operations in London.
• Project Assessment: Conducting site visits to evaluate project readiness.
• Administration: Managing project documentation, including H&S files, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and site audits.
• Project Initiation: Initiating project kick-offs for smooth starts.
• Demonstrations and Handovers: Leading demonstrations and overseeing project handovers.
• Site Surveys and Quoting: Conducting surveys for small projects and preparing quotations.
• Project Coordination: Coordinating project planning and execution.
• Materials Management: Efficiently ordering project materials.
