Do you have experience working with Grocers, Mass Markets or the specialist Toy retailers?

My client is a global Toy business who are in an exciting growth period at the moment.The business is now looking to bring on a National Account Manager to work within the UK team.

The role

As the National Account Manager you will manage the companies UK Accounts. You will report directly into the UK Sales Director and will be responsible for a mix of Grocery, Mass Market and Retail accounts. It will be your responsibility to promote the company brand and be the first point of contact within your accounts. The role will be remote based, with occasional days in the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Directly manage, grow and oversee the UK Accounts
  • Look to develop new key customers within your area
  • Proactively lead, manage, and execute the entire sales lifecycle from introduction to first product delivery
  • Lead and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers
  • Manage and negotiate business plans with your accounts
  • Act as a company ambassador at all times

Ideal Candidate

You will already be a successful National Account Manager working for a creative business and have experience working with Grocery and Discount accounts. You will be confident and comfortable managing and collaborating with cross functional teams of experts. You must be able to work within a fast-paced changing environment abd have the ability to forge strong business relationships whilst developing and implementing creative, sustainable and mutually profitable business solutions.

  • You must have current experience within the Toy industry

  • Demonstrate account growth within your current job role
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills and proficient use of Microsoft packages along with Google Suite & Excel
