Mine Manager (UG)

Leading precious metals producer, with multiple global assets in production, requires experienced Mine Manager in a newly created role in the US.

I am particularly interested in expressions of interest from very strong technical UG experienced mine managers; who are capable of not only technical strategic UG direction, but also VERY strong man-management of UG operations. The successful candidate will be a true leader of the people; diplomatic in your approach, and leading from a standpoint of strong UG mining experience; where those reporting to you have complete confidence in your leadership and direction.

This particular asset has large development potential, and an 'in-flight' exploration programme, which will also be under your command.

US citizens, and Canadians, are invited to apply; where my client will relocate you and your family to nearby locations to the operation. Given the significance of the role, this is not a FIFO / rotational opportunity.

This is key role for the operation, where much of the operations success will depend on your leadership. The role is subsequently remunerated accordingly, with a very generous base salary and large bonuses; both short and long term. In addition full health care cover is provided from the outset.
