Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced automation control systems and solutions.
  • Design control systems and program PLCs, including HMIs, for both standard and custom products.
  • Conduct on-site investigations and analyses, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Contribute to the standardization and growth of the Automation and Controls team.
  • Actively engage in client safety hazard analysis.
  • Offer technical customer support after sales, including troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Mechatronics with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Control Systems.
  • Demonstrate advanced expertise in PLC configuration, programming, and commissioning, specifically with Siemens S7 TIA (preferred) and Rockwell systems.
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in safety and the functional principles of safety.
