Position: Business Development Manager
Salary/bonus: Up to £55,000, £20k bonus (uncapped)

CSG are exclusively partnering an exciting medical equipment group in growth mode, one of their specialist businesses who boast a genuine market leading portfolio of single use and reusable surgical devices and consumables are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and continue to drive this business forwards.
This is a really old school type of sell, based on genuine relationship building, understanding pain points and how the clinically improve patient outcomes. If you have an outgoing personality, enthusiastic and driven to succeed the rest can be easily taught with the right attitude!
Responsibilities:
- Map and understand your territory including but not limited to current customers, target accounts and podiatrists/key stakeholder contacts
- You will work with current customers, ensuring they continue to be a loyal customer and continues to use our single and reusable use devices and remain their preferred supplier
- You will develop new customers and look to understand where we can add value, remove problems and create a far better performing solution for the customer
- We expect the right person to be hungry to succeed and out seeing customers as much as possible, our expectations are 4 days a week in the field and getting our products out there. They are genuinely the best in the market!
- This is a very autonomous role, though there is fantastic learning, development and support available we ideally want someone with their own ability and drive to succeed.
Requirements:
- Some form of sales experience is always ideal, however as mentioned above this could be a superb opportunity for a current podiatrist wanting to make a career move into medical sales
- Our ideal candidate will understand podiatry clinically, talk the clinical language of the customer and again be able to quickly identify where we can add moist value
- We are ideally looking for someone who can target and generate new customers, as well as retain and grow our current install base.
- Someone familiar and comfortable with Salesforce, if you are a clinical making their first move it's merely the ability to learn
- Able to travel up to 80% when needed (4 days a week)
- Our ideal candidate will live in the North UK, ideally and more specifically Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire
