Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of key accounts within the designated territory.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate client requirements, assess equipment performance, and determine rental feasibility.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling our products/services to existing clients.
  • Customize equipment solutions to align with clients' needs and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to review account performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or in a related role, with a preference for candidates from the service industry.
  • Previous experience in visiting construction sites is a valuable asset.
  • Possess a disciplined approach to meticulously manage accounts and pipeline activities.
  • Ability to establish rapport swiftly while maintaining professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations, adept negotiation skills, and effective deal-closing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal aspects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferably hold tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM software systems and MS Office
