I'm working with a famous space institute in Florida who is looking to add a Imagery Engineer to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain a variety of cameras and imaging systems
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with cameras, electronics, and computer systems.
- Data Acquisition: Capture high-quality images and videos, ensuring optimal data collection.
- System Upgrades: Stay current with the latest technology trends and implement upgrades to improve system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, scientists, and technicians to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer systems.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to climb stairs, work at heights - e.g. installing and mounting a camera on a rocket
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Optics: Understanding of camera lenses, optics, and image quality.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Experience with mechanical assembly, mounting, and alignment.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Space Industry Experience: Prior experience in the space industry, particularly in camera systems and data acquisition.
- High-Speed Imaging: Experience with high-speed imaging techniques and tracking systems.
- Infrared Imaging: Knowledge of infrared cameras and their applications.
