DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leveraging workforce data to develop strategic insights for people priorities and workplace planning.
  • Research and develop comprehensive policies across various organisational areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership and departments to ensure policies meet operational needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure policies remain relevant and compliant.
  • Communicate policy updates effectively to all employees and provide training where needed.
  • Develop and enhance recruitment strategies in collaboration with department managers and external agencies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Oversee HR services, including compensation and performance management, exit interviews, recruitment planning, and payroll administration, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and legal and company policies.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in Spanish & English is a must
  • This role requires someone who can change management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with experience in HR management across multiple site locations.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant employment standards and regulatory requirements for USA.
  • Experience with updating existing policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of addressing sensitive HR issues and influencing others.
  • Professional and resourceful approach, able to work independently and collaboratively, lead by example, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong building relationship skills with high executives.
