Warehouse Automation Leader: Health, Safety, and Quality Manager (Life Cycle Service)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Quality Manager to take ownership of the Life Cycle Service function. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the full implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and quality management systems across our global service organisation. You will play a key role in aligning these efforts with the company's overall strategy, fostering a positive safety culture, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and maintain global specific policies and templates for the function.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Life Cycle Service function.
  • Supporting the LCS country organisations operationally and in the use of the EHS software Quentic.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience in a health, safety, and/or quality management role within a manufacturing environment (preferably Warehouse Automation).
  • Qualification in H&S: e.g. Occupational Safety Specialist §6 ASiG & Quality: e.g. QMB training or comparable.
  • Experience with Quentic, CRM and SAP desirable.
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001 and 45001) and the application of the Machinery Directive.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate level).
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
