Position Overview:

As their Head of Engineer (Hands-On), you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping their engineering efforts. You'll lead a talented team of engineers while actively contributing to the development, implementation, and optimization of autonomous driving technology. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, setting the standard for technical excellence and hands-on problem-solving.
• Strategy: Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with our mission, ensuring technical roadmaps are in sync with business goals.
• Hands-On Contribution: Actively participate in the development and refinement of autonomous driving algorithms, systems, and software.
• Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration with research, product management, and operations to integrate cutting-edge technology into our products and services.
• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving research and development initiatives.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python
• Previous experience with autonomous driving systems or related projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
