General Manager - Crushing Equipment & Wear Parts

An established and fast-growing global player in the crushing equipment and wear parts industry is seeking a General Manager to drive strategy, growth, and profitability. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to the CEO and significant career progression, including involvement in M&A activities and future factory acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, driving expansion in the crushing wares and spares market.
• Oversee sales, product management, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and performance.
• Lead business development initiatives, identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence across functions, improving processes and efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (essential for managing global operations).
• Strong P&L leadership experience within the mining, aggregates, or crushing equipment sector.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving growth and profitability.
• Deep knowledge of crushing equipment, wear parts, and aftermarket sales.
• Experience managing multifunctional teams across commercial and technical disciplines.
• Exposure to M&A activities and experience with acquisitions is a plus.
