Facility - Site - Training Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee and manage the operations of a training and customer site in Arizona. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful training programs and host customer events. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction machinery industry, with hands-on experience operating both compact and heavy construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Project Oversight
- Implement and execute capital improvement plans.
- Manage the site's operating budget.
- Track and oversee project timelines and deliverables for site development initiatives.
Site Operations and Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training facility near Tucson, AZ.
- Perform minor to medium-scale facility repairs and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the site.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
- Collaborate with utility providers and contractors to maintain optimal facility performance.
- Oversee future site development projects and property enhancements.
- Liaise with local vendors, including hospitality, catering, lodging, and transportation services, to ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle shipments, including loading and unloading equipment, while operating machinery as needed.
Event Coordination and Execution
- Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Service teams to plan and execute dealer and customer events.
- Support the development of event goals and success metrics to drive product sales.
- Actively participate in on-site activities during events.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the construction machinery industry, with hands-on experience operating compact and heavy equipment.
- Residency in or near the Tucson, Arizona metro area.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
