Position: Estimator

Location: Tucson, AZ

CSG has partnered with an exciting employee owned asphalt company to identify an experienced Estimator. This role will be responsible for construction protects overall direction, completion, and financial outcome to join our well-established, growing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to meet corporate profitability goals.
• Coordinate with all Superintendents to establish a budget.
• Lead estimating efforts on integrated projects to ensure accurate and consistent bid-to-build process.
• Coordinate efforts with the project sponsor and manager of construction to manage resources to meet the project schedule.
• Participate in bid review and closing to ensure bid accuracy and evaluate project feasibility.
• Ensure proper job controls (costs, revenue, schedule).

• 3+ years of experience in Estimator compacity
• Knowledge of construction paving, underground, concrete, and grading practices.
• Excellent supervisory communication and organizational skills.
