CSG have partnered with a rapidly-growing and innovative scale-up within the Robotic Fulfilment and Sortation space, providing a range of turnkey solutions including AMR, AGV, Robotic Picking, AS/RS, and Person-to-Goods.

They are looking to strengthen their After-Sales and Customer Service team with a talented Customer Service Manager who can assist in the development of an After-Sales strategy and oversee technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of equipment life-cycle management, ERP systems (SAP BI preferably), ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001), PLM software (Siemens Teamcenter or similar), Siemens TIA portal is strongly preferred.
  • Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis experience.
  • Experience in robotics, warehouse automation incl. automated material handling systems, and/or logistics automation systems.
