Business Manager - Life Sciences (Leeds City Centre)

CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Manager, from an Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Engineering industry background to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process for our clients as well as managing two direct reports within the Life Sciences space, whilst also focusing on and further developing your own desk!

This role will be based at our our fully-serviced Leeds City Centre office in the heart of the city's business district, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra onsite treat's: dress down, drinks fridges, space for downtime and socialising, not to mention all of the amenities that Manchester has to offer!

About you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience within Recruitment
  • Experience mentoring would be desirable
  • Able to build rapport and create opportunities within existing Accounts
  • A team player
  • Eager to progress and to develop your career.
