As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with Architects, Designers and Developers for a range of residential and commercial projects, supporting project specifications from conception through to delivery.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships within the A&D community, while uncovering exciting new project opportunities
  • Strategically develop a dynamic mix of short-term, mid-term, and long-term projects to ensure a thriving and robust pipeline.
  • Offer expert guidance on cutting-edge architectural door hardware solutions, showcasing their exclusive, high-end product portfolio.
  • Host product presentations both in our sophisticated showroom and at A&D offices, sparking inspiration and innovation.
  • Swiftly resolve technical issues with seamless collaboration from our dedicated internal sales and support team.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and reports, while actively representing their prestigious brand industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.


  • A demonstrable track record specification sales success within the interiors sector
  • You should have extensive experience working with; A&D (Architects & Designers), Builders & contractors
  • The ideal candidate will have strong network with in the residential & multi residential space with and some commercial experience.
  • A passion for design and architecture
  • Must be organised, methodical and pride themselves on customer services
