Account Manager - Solar PV, Belgium

Are you an experienced account manager, with an affinity for photovoltaics?

CSG are currently partnered with a leading pv manufacturer, who are seeking a highly motivated account manager for their Wallonia region.

As account manager, your main duties will be to successfully manage and develop existing accounts, alongside generating new business. otheer responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Initiate the sales process by setting appointments with customers through cold acquisition, making sales presentations and taking into account the requirements and wishes of existing relationships, without losing sight of the commercial interest
  • Close deals by building relationships, providing a thorough explanation of the product and service, and developing and launching new applications.
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts by offering new products and services, identifying market opportunities and developing them into commercial products.
  • Assist product management teams and management in defining and improving the product portfolio for the Belgian market by regularly collecting feedback from customers and business partners and closely monitoring industry trends.

To be considered for the role of account manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of technical sales experience and additionally have some experience or affinity with the PV industry (an established network is a major asset).
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales objectives.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand the technical workings of the product line and present advanced technical benefits of the products to potential customers in simple terms.
