Vicky Kerrigan

Associate Director - Life Sciences

  • Industry: Biotech & Pharma, Personalised Medicine, Diagnostics
  • Regions covered: US and EMEA

Vicky has been working in recruitment for almost 16 years. After graduating from Leicester University where she studied Medical Genetics, she knew she wanted to be in a commercial role, working with people and still having new technology at the forefront – and recruitment filled both of these.

Vicky has worked at CSG Talent for 12 years, and has been involved in building the Scientific arm of our offerings in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. Her main geographical strengths lie within North America and EMEA.

With extensive experience operating within Life Sciences & Healthcare, many of her clients and expertise lie within Precision Medicine and Cell and Gene Therapy – something Vicky is personally very interested in – working within Multi-Omics and Oncology.

Vicky prefers to work on retained solutions with clients, as she feels being an extension of a business and having mutual commitment provides the best outcomes. Some of her projects have involved recruiting for a new commercial organisation across the EU looking to hire a new team for a new product launch within Molecular Diagnostics, a start-up in the multi-omics field looking for a US and EU commercial team, and an established business in the drug discovery and imaging space looking for a VP of their global commercial business.
