Margie Ter Wolbeek

Margie specialises in executive and senior-level professional recruitment within the Building and Construction sectors. She works predominantly within the APAC region for business types that provide all interior and exterior building and architectural products as well as Commercial and Residential Construction businesses.

Originally from South Africa, Margie started as a qualified Cordon Bleu chef by trade and ran her own catering business for over ten years. She came across the opportunity to join a Recruitment company specialising in Hospitality and never looked back. She found the process of connecting people with the right businesses incredibly rewarding. The company closed due to the pandemic and she joined a broad-based recruitment agency before moving to Australia.

Margie is also a Certified Life Coach and these skills, along with her recruiting experience, allow her to gain a deeper understanding of client and candidate needs. She is able to match candidates to the appropriate business by understanding the cultural dynamics required to ensure the right fit. As a result, many candidates placed by Margie have grown their careers exponentially when joining the right business.
