Andrew is the Global Head of Medical Devices at CSG Talent, specialising in placing high-calibre candidates in senior roles within biopharma, medical devices and diagnostics as well as other Life Sciences & Healthcare services. He works globally with leading US, LATAM and EMEA Health and Scientific businesses.

Prior to working at CSG, Andrew built his career in the UK with Mackenzie Stuart where he grew the Medical Devices division from scratch into a 30+ strong team – he was also instrumental in the creation of four international offices within the group.

Andrew has an extensive global network spanning across start-ups, mid-tier and blue chip organisations to ensure they have the right talent and executive teams in place to move their business to the next level.
