We are now actively recruiting an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to join their business. The organisation is going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation and this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the overall strategy.
As a crucial member of the senior leadership team, the Vice President of Human Resources plays a vital role in providing executive-level guidance and leadership for the organization's HR operations.
The Role
This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring legal compliance.
Identify and execute long-term strategic goals related to talent management
Oversee a team of five direct reports, including the HRIS Manager, Plant HR Manager, Benefits & Compensation Manager, Operational Excellence and Training Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager.
