Territory Sales Manager - Specialty Glass manufacturing - Florida

As the Territory Sales Manager - Specialty Glass manufacturing - Florida you will ensure the success of the territory's growth targets by setting the territory specific strategy and tactics in order to engage, nurture and win with diverse stakeholders. This includes the primary decision makers and influencers, such as building developers, owners, investors and architects, as well as general contractors, electrical contractors, and glazing contractors.

  • Develop and nurture account and project based relationships with key developers, owners, investors and architects aligned to the company's value proposition.
  • Bring on and develop ongoing account and project based relationships with contractors to support successful bidding and installation of products.
  • Ensure the appropriate level of technical training is provided during the sales and installation process through collaboration with the field operations team
  • Grow your own pipeline level by creating a self-sustained system of opportunity discovery through a strong referral network
  • Retain responsibility for contractor accounts
  • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing for opportunity discovery


  • 4+ years' experience in a Territory Sales Manager/Area sales position or similar
  • Experience working with challenging and long sales cycles
  • Experience working with multiple key stake-holders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Extensive understanding of the real estate market and the relevant stakeholders within it
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels of a company
  • Good attention to detail with a highly determined attitude.
  • Ability to procure information / material from minimum information
